When making the appointment, whoever answers the phone should at least say their first name so I know who it is I am talking to. I’ve noticed that your employees do not identify themselves very often. If I didn’t get the text from your system I don’t think I would have known that Patrick was who checked me in. I doubt that I would remember for the next time but at least during this period I would have a name to put with the service.

I have discussed the issue with Larry and Erin regarding the work performed on my 2024 Tundra. There was an approximate 1 inch long scratch in the paint on the inside of the driver’s side door where the work on the seat was performed. Also the tailgate was used as a workbench for the seat repair as evidenced from the Toyota app showing the hatch was open and the scratches on the inside of the tailgate. Erin and Larry were very professional in the initial handling of this issue. Erin said she will call me with a plan of how to get the damage remedied.

Grease on the door and door handle, not a big deal at all to me but might be to someone. My only advise of improvement… While typing this I went out to the car and also noticed greasy hand prints on the bumper and under the hood. Again not a big deal but I’m very meticulous when I service a customers car and I would expect the same from a Toyota dealership. This is not me complaining, just trying to help you help your business.
