Jonathon did as much as he was able to do , and I appreciate his efforts. The issue I was dealing with was a 3rd party Warranty company . They were being difficult as to covering something and I knew it was an uphill battle and really didn’t want to deal with it any longer . But again said Jonathon , did what he could do

Your service advisor was rude to my wife ! He did not listen to her when she said she would wait for the service ! She sat there for a hour ! Your online setup said I missed the 1:00 appointment so I called her and only then did she discover they had not yet started on kit .. They did knock off the labor charge . We will not be back !!!!!!

I have already spoken to the service manager. The vehicle was there for 9 days for 2 recalls, a check engine light and some skid plate bolts. I don’t have a problem with the 9 days, my issue is the lack of communication. I haf to call to get updates, but when I did on the 1st Friday I was told that Jonathan was off and I would have to call back on Monday. ??? Then I called and Poke to him and he said probably in the next 2 days, then I called on Wednesday and said everything had been approved and they had to order the parts. So on Thursday I can a message that says the parts are here. I ask if it will be done today. Nothing. Then at around 6 PM I get a message that says the car is not done, he will be off on Friday but will make sure the “team” gets it taken care of. Friday at noon I call and once again am told that I have to call on Monday since he is not here to give me the status. I ask to speak to the manager, get a voicemail and I state “I am coming to get the car whether it is done or not”. I go 30 mins later and the car is done. As I told the service manager, I am certain the car would not have been done had I not called and told them I was coming. The engine was still warm when I got there so the car had recently been moved. And when I gave the service writer my name they knew who I was already. The car is fixed but it was not a good experience.

Completed call back issue on time very professional and polite. Really convenient that you guys came to my home to make repair . Sorry i don’t remember her name but when I call to get the repair done she was extremely helpful.

For a $235.00 oil change, you would think the car would have been washed and detailed! I don’t think I will be back for a oil change.

I spent two hours and 15 minutes waiting to get a tire plugged and put back on my bronco. That’s unacceptable time to have to spend for this and I know that the guys are busy but that to me is not an acceptable amount of time.

I came in for an oil change,which went well. I have a window that pops up on my dash every time it is put in Reverse,nothing (that I was told about anyway) was done about it.Then I find out before I go up there that none of my Ford Pass Rewards points were credited me after Beaman sold the Dealership to you…that I had 5 points,period.When I asked about them,(1) Technician told me he’d look into it. Another Tech,who checked me out,seemed to have a bit of an attitude, & told me it’s out of their hands.????

I had to purchase new weather tech floor mats for the mustang because the ones that were originally in the car disappeared when the vehicle was in your care. As well as other issues not addressed per my original request.
