Your technician was unable to diagnose a problem that was very reliably reproduced many times. Another Ford dealer was able to get codes within 2 minutes. I question whether my vehicle was even looked at by Reiselman Ford.
April is a rockstar, detailed and courteous! Also the tech that performed my seatbelt recall was great as well and accommodated me when I arrived at 4:00 towards the end of the day without turning me back for another day.

Bad experience with the previous owner and decided that I would only return when a management / ownership change occurred. Service was done promptly and the service writer was knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied and a huge improvement from the former owners operation.
