I was happy that Brad got promoted but sad that he went to the Faulkner Hyundai Dealership as I dealt with him for many years. I was advised to deal with Shannon. I had an emergency this morning and Shannon was very helpful in fixing the problem. I will now be dealing with him!!!

They work so fast and we can feel the difference after all car service car running more smoothly and quite on sound wise they check and refill all fluids for my car which are most necessary for car . Thank you for all service you guys provide we will really appreciate it that

Cristhofer is very pleasant and knowledgeable Service representative. I appreciate his phone call to fill me in on what was going on with my vehicle. He explained everything in detail and allowed time for me to ask questions. I think he’s a wonderful service department representative.

Service tech did not plug radiator fan back in after performing safety recall on 2024 GR Corolla. Car now sees oil and coolant temperatures spike as high as 235-250°F in just normal stop and go commuter traffic. Will be having Toyota Roadside Assistance tow vehicle to dealership Friday morning 4/17/2026 to have this issue remedied.

Was in for an oil change but then was informed that my vehicle needed other maintenance requirements. The process was fast and I was updated every step. I always look forward to my appointments so I have the free time to sit at the facility and catch up with meetings/family on the phone
