I come there for service because I bought my car from there. I drive about 35-40 miles. I have been on time for almost all services, only one of them was at 2:00 pm instead of 12:45 because I completely misremembered the time. My mother and daughter were in the car, no initiative was shown and I was turned back from the door that day. I came again the next day and the service that took about 1 hour took 1 hour and 45 minutes. In my next services, I see my car being prepared and waiting outside and I wait for the personnel to do the process for at least 20 minutes. I either eat or find myself somewhere else. I don't have that much time, I come there with two babies. Moreover, when I tell this situation, the sullen personnel do not care. I will not come for the last few services and then go through the door, unfortunately
