Came in for a yearly state inspection on 6/27/25. The recommendations of the mechanic were shown to me and I selected the ones I wanted. No where was a 50,000 mile service listed yet it was on my bill. My car is a 2011 and I’m the only owner. It presently has 43,151 miles. At that rate it will be another 2 years to reach 50,000 mikes. Probably even longer since I am retired now and no longer drive to work. So I am very disappointed to see that 50,00 Mile check up charge.

I am not really satisfied with the technical. They removed the inspection sticker, did not really clean the windows and left lot of white residue from the sticker on the speaker cover. Also they removed the service reminder sticker didn’t bother clean the glue and put the new sticker next to it. I don’t know what happened to the Toyota quality, I can go to my regular mechanic they’ll do a better job. I have no complaints about Chanell Loften she was very helpful. Just be careful minor stuff like this will take all the good reputation away

I’ve always had my car cleaned and vacuumed at service appts. And it did not happen here. Was a bit disappointed. Everything else was great!

Channel suggested replacing (2) perfectly good Goodyear tires in the rear. She also did not check to verify that a new valve cap was installed on the front passenger tire.
