Chanelle was outstanding, very helpful &professional. She was very nice &informative.Infact if it wasn't for her I would of never been seen because they couldn't find my appointment in the system due to AI's mistake,but she made sure my car got serviced right away.Im just still concerned w/ a noise the injectors are making but was promised I will be called back by Mike the manager to make sure I'm covered before the 30day warranty is up.

SShannon was very helpful and professional not to mention his great personality. Although we didn't find out exactly why the sudden loss of power because no codes came up on the computer Shannon did all he could to try and fix the issue. Shannon working for Toyota is a big plus. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else
