Shannon Haughney has been the contact person for the servicing of my vehicle for almost 2 decades. Today was a trying day for me. Shannon stepped up, determined what was required, provided the necessary information and got the job done in a timely manner, eliminating extra stressors on my end, while at the same time, I felt confident that everything was done accurately and I was fairly charged. When I asked David to check liquid level inside the battery, because it too often showing up the message about the need of battery charging. He answered that there was no need of doing it. What I didn't agree with.
