Channel was great. She always takes care of my Cars. Channel is very Knowledgeable about the Toyota’s, and goes out of way to take care of my two Camry’s and My Wife’s 2025 Corolla LE. The Mechanic Mark Cahill is Excellent. He always Services my Toyota’s, and he does a great job. He is very careful with my Vehicles, because I am a real fussy Customer and he knows how I am . I Appreciate how he takes care of my cars. Faulkner is a great Toyota Dealership, I wouldn’t go anywhere else Thank You Steve Soltman

You have a problem with the communication between your body shop ( Kevin) and the service Department. My car was finished on Friday August 1 at the body shop, prior to that date I gave Faulkner the ok to do the inspection/ it was due in August/ the service department was never notified to pick the car up for service/ or the collision department never let them now that the car was finished. I called the service department on Wednesday August30 to find out when I could pick up the car/ spoke to Shawn D he informed me the had no record that the car was in the service department / someone in that department informed the body shop that the car was needed in the Service department I spoke a fewer later to Shawn He informed me that the car was in his hands

David did a great job following up from our first visit and getting our Car fixed. Had to order the Tensioner and David advised on the cost of the repair and the timely manner the Car would be fixed. Thanks Again Dan Keller ****-****-xxxx

David and his entire team go above and beyond every time. Not only do they do an awesome job, they ensured I didn't get wet picking up my vehicle during the torrential downpour we had this afternoon. If that doesn't define great service, I don't know what would.
