I am not satisfied with the service, I was told thevgasket on the driver side door could bot be replaced. The car is only 2 years old with only 22k miles. There is no reason for the gasket to be dried rotted and ripped. Shannon told me that his manger said it will not be covered as it could be caused from getting in and out of the car or from the seat belt, which is not at all accurate.

Chanel was very accommodating and getting my car for me when I was done so I didn’t have to walk through the parking lot. I was in a lot of pain today, but I made the appointment anyway cause things have to get done. Chanel was excellent with me. She couldn’t do enough. Thank you, Chanel.

After I came home I just parked the car. After about three hours o went out. Every time I step on the brake the notice comes on my dash board saying my battery is not charging. I need to come back to have it fixed. Every time I called they kept putting me to an extension that no one answer s.

Service was perfect. My Camry is a 2023 & no one knew how to show me how to put in directions. They forgot since now it’s 2026 & they said everything is different. I did not expect that answer & was very disappointed.

If you make an appointment for my vehicle for 7:30 AM. You do not open the garage doors at 7:32 AM and do not start working on my car after 8 am because this is when your technicians start working. My time is as valuable as yours. Today Faulkner Toyota deserved 2 Star Review.
