Shannon was very helpful explaining how they would find the cause of the engine light being on. He provided updates on progress and potential costs. In the end all the work was completed plus inspection, rear brakes and tire rotation, by the estimated time at a reasonable cost.

My only concern is that the customer receipt I received merely indicated “no problem found”. And since neither my wife nor I are aggressive drivers we’re getting 8mpg less than the minimum rated 26mpg for my low mileage Subaru Forester. That said, we really like the car; and everyone at Faulkner from sales to service has been great. Now I know why my Uncle Tom Dolan loved working at Faulkner for the years that he did after retiring from Conrail.

I think Shannon Haughney, is the Best Service Advisor! He always makes sure everything is good with my car and he has Chris Schultz work on it. I’m also very happy with Chris Schultz ! Chanell was a great help with assisting me. She offered great customer service and even assisted me with carrying everything in my trunk to the rental car so I didn’t fall behind on my busy schedule. Doing your job well is is a great thing. Doing it with a smile was perfection.
