Worst service experience I had issues with heat and air fan flow was not coming properly I asked Chris to take a look, and he is it won't be cover under warranty Without taking a look because this was my complimentary service. This is a not a good approach I have been 3 times this place and always wash is off. When i asked chris he gave me cold answer

Chrithofer was very professional however I have dry rot cracks on my tires. Dry rot on tires is a very dangerous thing. I will be traveling in our Rav 4 with my wife and grandchildren in a week and I am very worried and concerned for our safety for fear on one of the tires falling. My warranty covers tires and I feel that Chris was in all likelihood told what to say. Shame on the Faulkner Group for failing to honor the warranty that I paid for and putting us in harms way

Very disappointed in your service department. Came in with my 2013 Avalon to be inspected.. Which was done under 2016 Avalon records however that happened and did not need emissions test under 5000miles. after I paid the bill and went outside and checked bill they charged for it under 2016 records!!!When I checked in I gave them my owners card and insurance card which states 2013. They reimbursed $$. For emissions But very annoying you go to a Toyota dealer and don’t know cars. Not sure I would do this again

Honestly the Dealership wish the vehicle should always be in top roadworthy condition and avoid any kind of unnecessary inconvenience on the road. They take care of every minor aspect seriously.

The people who worked on my car had no trouble with finding things that I need that cost $850 which I happily paid however they did not repair the brake light that’s been out for three weeks. I had to come back to the shop and have it done. I wasn’t happy about that at all. To do an inspection you must have a checklist and obviously nobody checked that off.
