It was an awful experience. When I arrived initially, she said that it would be quick to get my headlight changed. But I guess we have different definitions of quick. After an hour and a half I finally get up and ask her for an update. She said they had to order a part. Like excuse me? I called a week prior saying I was coming in for a headlight change and you couldn’t make sure you guys had the part in stock prior to my arrival? Unbelievable. And very unprofessional. Apparently it seemed that this part was two hours away. So finally after nearly two and a half hours I finally got my headlight changed. In the future, an update would be nice letting me know what is taking so long. And most importantly, ensuring you have the part prior to my arrival.

I came in for my 10,000 service and the service department noticed I was overdue for an inspection. They were able to add it to my order and have me out of there is less than an hour and a half!
