Mr. Brad Stout was very professional and I was totally satisfied. Thank you very much, the only thing that I was a little disappointed was that my 2019 Toyota Highlander radio was not compatible for the upgrade for CarPlay. We pay all this money and my particular radio does not have the program. Very disappointing but it’s not the service departments fault. Thank you very much.

I know your new digital/online system is just starting. But. It was awful. I get that you want to show us things with the video walk thru. But you can barely hear the mechanic and even if I did hear him I have zero clue what I am looking at. lol By the time I log in and click on this and that and things load I could have walked over for human interaction. I was there for 2 hours. Again I know it’s new and you’re working thru things. But you really need an option to not use it if you prefer not to. Your older crowd. My 82 year old father would never do this. Also. The red/yellow/green inspection report…it was blank. Nothing written on it. No idea what shape my tires are in. Or my brakes. Just a blurry video. What am I supposed to do with that? Lol. I like to keep those inspection reports in my glove box. Not everyone likes everything digital. Some prefer to talk to discuss what’s going on. And for me that would be my Dr, my dentist and my mechanic.
