Dropped off my vehicle at 10:30, with a request it be done ASAP so I could have it back before my daughter’s nap. Called “Alex” at 1:40 with open starts. Called “Alex” at 2:35 with request to be connect to someone in service and got a nobody available Responses. Called again and asked that a service member call. Showed up at 3:30pm and my car had just started getting service. If my services weren’t under warranty/ Toyota care I would not be bringing my vehicle to Faulkner.

Everything was done and service was great, was able to drop it off the night before and have it ready by mid afternoon.

Shannon is the Best! I always receive excellent service from Shannon and his team at Faulkner Toyota.

My Venza is a 2013 with 60,000 miles on it as a lease from November 2018 … the Toyota Brand and Dependability is Amazing !! We have owned at least 5 Toyotas all Highlanders and my 2013 Venza . The scheduled maintenance has been a big help with my car running 100 % ????!! Thanks to Shannon Haughney who has been my Service Manager for almost A 10 years this November ( it’s been a long time). I just had $4200 done for 2026 Pa Inspection ???? with additional lower ball joints replaced after showing wear, front struts and front brakes !! I know I will be ready for the 2026 Summer Season with Freezing A/C serviced last year 2025 !! Thank You Shannon for looking ???? out for my priorities and safe operations of my Venza year round for almost 10 years!! I also looked at one of Faulkner/ Trevose used cars a “2018 White Nissan Murano with 81k , one owner and listed for $15K … I checked out the Physical car while waiting on Thursday … Very Clean and Loaded … you can call me anytime at 215/779/1641 !! Not sure ???? about the Nissan 2018 but I will research it and look ???? over the CTV Transmission Concerns !! Thank you Dave Upham
