It was a wonderful experience working with everyone there at Faulkner Toyota. Fritz was absolutely excellent, knowledgeable, funny, and so easy to work with. More importantly I am really happy with my 2018 Ford Explorer and all the benefits that Toyota provides like the extended warranty and the gap insurance so important. I didn’t get a confirmation text or call for an appointment I was waiting for over 1 1/2 I could have easily forgotten about it. Thanks for me having it on my calendar ???? that I remembered. It was much farther drive out than expected . GPS had me all around made me a bit later than I expected for the appointment. Also, at the end you get a text to show you the status of info: multi inspections but, nothing open up. So, how do I know what was done or not? Supposed to be an oil change but it did end up being later than expected. Didnt get one? It was mentioned no worries I have synethic oil so it lasts much it better since it last longer. So, only got a multiple inspection only instead. ? Hmm I just dont know about this. Never been to a Toyota dealer service appointment where I didn’t know or was shown what was done ✅. Quite confused and concerned. So, I don’t plan on being back here or would recommend it. I can see why the rating for this dealership on online was low! ;-(
