The service team work efficiently so that my day wasn’t consumed with my cars maintenance. Service area very comfortable while I waited for service.

The inspection was great and fast...no issues and I got my 2nd FOB so that was fantastic. And there were even notes on the paperwork that they looked into a noise I was hearing so all the major things were top notch . However, I also asked for a wash and vacuum. I was informed that vacuum couldn't happen b/c no longer had the guy who did that but taking the RAV through the wash would be no problem. It doesn't appear that it happened- I didn't see any water dripping and when I got home, I ran my hand against the side and it came up dirty. Would have been an A+ if the wash happened
