Francois was excellent, he explained everything to me. He explained the work and the cost to me. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly , and amazed at how great my 2013 Camry SE looked. I like your new policy of video taping my Camry being Serviced. I have been using your Service Department for the past twenty years. In the Future I will be bringing all my Toyota’s to Francois for Service. Thanks Steve Soltman
