Hello, I bought and got my 2024 Toyota Sequoia from Faulkner Toyota Trevose Dealership on June 25th, 2024. I recently gave my 2024 Toyota Sequoia for the sunroof repair since it was leaking when it rained. I picked up my vehicle on Friday, November 22, 2024, at night. I noticed the next day in the morning that the workers had broken my dashcam housing, the sunshade was off the track from both sides, and a few other things during their repair process were broken. The sunshade doesn’t stay stiff. I installed a rain sensor cover with a dashcam with the lock clips, but they were broken including the original factory assembly lock clips where the rain sensor was during the repair of the sunshade. They fixed the leakage that was happening from the sunroof, but they broke a few other things. When they gave it to me, the interior was in a dusty condition. The worker’s greasy fingerprints were on the sunshade. I have taken photos and videos of everything. I am not satisfied at all with the work, so we need to sort this problem out.  My friends and family recommended I buy from BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Honda, and Range Rover, but I’ve been with the Toyota family for more than 25 years. I trusted Toyota and I bought my vehicle from Toyota, but I am very disappointed in this. The material of the dashboard, doors, etc, is low quality. I will not be buying from Toyota anymore and will not be recommending anyone to buy from Toyota. I also faced problems and bad experiences with the Faulkner Toyota Trevose dealership’s service.

My appointment was at 10am. I arrived at 9:45am but my car wasn’t pulled in for service till 12pm. At that time I was told it wouldnt take more than 90mins but the vehicle wasn’t ready for 2h30mins. I appreciate David working with me on the price of the service. But after driving the vehicle for 90 miles, the check engine light came back on. I have now brought my vehicle in 3 times in 2 weeks, spent over $1000 but the initial problem is still there.
