One suggestion-it is tough to get through the phone system to talk to someone. The holld times are extremely long. My guess is most folks hang up vs remains in hold for severe minutes.
Robert has been extremely helpful however the sales team who clearly sold me an unreliable vehicle that has been back in the shop 4 times in the last 2 months and twice in the last 2 days has not done a thing to help out an unsatisfied customer. I’ve been asked by the sales manager if I can drive the vehicle from 1st gear straight to 3rd rather than trying to find a way to get me into a vehicle that operates correctly and is reliable. I’ve been nothing but jerked around since dealing with the sales manager. Keith Deschane has not responded to emails or voice messages where I have voiced my frustrations.

Extremely dissatisfied with how I've been treated with the purchase and the quality of service I've been given from this dealership. I will never be back to this establishment and I've told multiple people about my experience. I could go on and on about this issue but I will make it clear that I hope you don't treat every customer like I've been treated.

I just received my car back a day ago. This morning when starting the car, it started to rattle and shake back-and-forth. Then I put it into Drive and it continue to shake back-and-forth until I began moving. Finally going up Airport Road I found again the car was shaking vigorously as I was going up hill.
