It took two hours to do an oil change! The customer service representative left for lunch and left us waiting on our vehicle. Two hours is unacceptable.

Car sat in completed lot for an extended period of time before I was checked out. Wasn’t offered a free car wash. I had to ask for one. Not all point checks were done on the vehicle.

This is my first time ever using a Toyota dealer for my oil change, and I did not have a pleasant experience. After reviewing the 1st service invoice, it said that the tech put in full synthetic 0-20 in my truck…My truck does not take full synthetic oil, and I know once you use full synthetic oil, you cannot go back to conventional oil! I complained about this, so they went out and talked to the service guy and he said that he put 5W30 in it. If he did, why was I charged for a full synthetic oil change? The cashier in service made the adjustment to a new invoice showing that it says 00279-BLK51-01 GTMO 5W30 BK SN WTY, but I have no clue if that’s the truth or not, so I’m really concerned about my oil situation. I will only be using conventional oil in this truck, because that is what the manufacturer says to use. If there’s any damage to my engine due to this, because my next oil change will use 5W30 conventional, you will be fully responsible for all costs in repairing it. I have no way to find out if you guys actually used full synthetic or conventional oil. Also, the window sticker says 5W 30/SYN. I’m hoping that is not 5W-30 full synthetic. Please get back to me on this.
They did an excellent job. Only one small issue, but I'm sure they will resolve it.
