Today was my first visit to Keyes Lexus of Valencia service department, and I was very satisfied with the exceptional customer care from David Ventura. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this dealership for service.

Poor service and communication regarding the service we received. Our printed out invoice indicated a tire rotation was not performed, however we were charged for it. Then, upon calling Edward about the discrepancy, he said the tires rotation was completed. Inquired further regarding checkpoint inspection our Lexus and Edward said we willed Receive it via text. Received a text and is showing that we did not pay for our service inspection sheet is blank. I paid for the service via cash. We are not happy with these issues we have encountered.

Ed was great. Explained everything and was very professional. My problem is with the dealership. All Lexus dealers I have previously had my car serviced ALWAYS offered a loaner car. Valencia does not. Not really the best for a luxury brand
