I signed up for a loaner vehicle. I was told that there were no more loaner vehicles available. No alternative was presented to me. I was told that I just have to wait. Too bad huh? I had a lot of errands planned that day, all went to waste.
Jesse is great but the foreman of your ship has no idea what’s wrong with my car, he won’t listen to a human and relies on a computer.
