The main thing that I could say about Jesse is is that he is personable. I know that in a business environment, being personal and personable is not the target method of dealing with customers. Jesse seems to be able to pull it off very easily. I trust him I like him and I will continue to do business with Lexus Of Valencia as long as he is an employee there.
