First time getting my car serviced at Lexus Valencia. The team there was great! Ali, Jake and Elton did great. I had a hiccup with my car after the initial service but they jumped right on it by making sure my car was running right back to 100%. Definitely making it my home for servicing my Lexus.
David Ventura answered all my questions in great detail and explained in a well-reasoned manner the necessity of each maintenance operation .

He also said his goal was to have my car done the same day, and I’m sure the whole Lexus team together with David to get everything done the same day. My car was very well taken care of, from the maintenance that was done to how I as the cars owner was a treated very well and helped a lot.
Engine cover was not installed correctly causing noise and vibration in the cabin. The vehicle owner has resolved the issue.
