Customer service is very important to me and providing me with a loaner that go a long way with that been said , I am very happy with Jesse colon he is always there for me when I need him pleasant and professional.
I'm truly impressed with the outstanding service I received at Lexus today 9/3/2025. Jake went above and beyond to ensure my car was accurately diagnosed and took his time to clearly explain each step of the process. I was given the estimated completion time, which was noon, the work was finished full 30 minutes early! I'm extremely satisfied and grateful for the exceptional professionalism and expertise Jake demonstrated. I hope Lexus would be able to acknowledge his hard work as it's reassuring to know Lexus has team members of his caliber.
