Please don’t contact me, I don’t want to be bothered. I had a 10:45 am appointment and had to wait over two hours to get my car back from having a simple oil change. Also, the recommended items to be done on my car had outrageous prices that were over inflated. Again, don’t contact me, I do not want any further questions.

While Jake was very kind and attentive, I had to call, leave VMs to find out my car would not be ready on time. Jake did text me the reason, which while understandable, I should have been notified instead of having to reach out.
