Thanks for providing great service every time we have to bring in the 2019 ES 300h or the classic 1994 SC 400 for some TLC.
I waited for 5 hours for just an oil change. But other than that i’m happy because the service advisor is very apologetic. In fact i have an appt. On wed. July 25 to replace my windshield.
Bryan has always been excellent and I’ve had multiple interactions with him when i being my car in for service. I became a loyal Lexus fan since i owned this vehicle and did the service. just keep up the great work.

I went in for oil change service, booked appt online. Requested loaner. Received text message confirming my appt.Dropping off my car, I was informed i dont qualify for a loaner. If wouldve been nice if i was notified that i dont qualify for a loaner, i couldve arrange for a ride since i had to drive to work. Seneca Torres who helped me since the service advisor i had an appt with was out that day was great. She got me a lyft to take me back and forth. 1st lyft driver cancelled so i had to wait another 10 min to be picked up from the dealership. Seneca did a great job helping me.
