David your advisor insisted that I was at fault with regard to the dash board stating that I was getting 19 mpg. He went as far to say that the diagnostices test showed I was accelerating on the gas. He as an advisor stated that 19 mpg was within the NORMAL range. The car went through inspection and nothing was found wrong. I asked for a manager. I ended up resetting the odometer button which corrected the problem. I have been a generational Toyota customer. This was my first encounter with Lexus. I was almost in tears as I thought I had purchased a lemon.
David nailed everything I was asking for and was very conscious of his description of what my vehicle needed

I recently purchased a new car and it came with only one key fob. While the sales team was accommodating, I had issues with the service department. During my service appointment with Edward, he insisted that the malfunctioning app stand wasn't their responsibility, even though I was directed to contact Lexus service about it. I left my car with Edward, but the service department refused to address the issues with the car's computer or keys. Edward was unavailable to speak when I called at 10:30 am and 11:30 am. The operator informed me he declined to take my calls. Thankfully, the sales team provided me with the missing key fob, but my car's computer and app continue to malfunction, especially with remote start. The service department was unhelpful and evasive, telling me it wasn't their responsibility to address the key or computer issues. To me that shows how low the bar with Lexus service. I work in the IT industry if I had the attitude” not my job” I wouldn’t have a job at all. They’re always Toyota service. Please thank Jose in sales he was stellar. I will have to reach out to different dealer that takes service seriously. I had fixed one issue with the car which service denied to understand anything. Either inexperience or Lazy.

However I highly object to having one of your salesmen call me to try and sell me a new car. He obviously hacked into my service info in order to call me. Not good!
The only disappointment is with out my knowledge they charge my card for $16.50 .. i ask Edward and he said he did not know what it is .. finally told me because if the loaner .. that never happened before .. beside what's make me mad someone charge me with my authorization to use my card i had to call my bank and they had to cancel my card .. Edward is perfect he always take care of me .. i just did not appreciate who ever did that .. with out my authorization using my card .
