Over 3hr wait for Oil change

Very unpleasant experience with the service advisor, waited 2 hours and a half for a simple oil change service, the service advisor never contacted me after the car was done and did lied about the car being barely ready for 5 minutes when I was outside if his office for at least 15 minutes, very unprofessional and bad attitude a d customer service

I’ve always had great experience over there which is why I always come back. Honestly only time I look elsewhere is for bigger maintenance items as the price difference is huge compared to a Lexus independent mechanic.

The defective part was not fixed. Service advisor advised us to call Lexus corporate, and said the defective item was designed that way. I called corporate to complain. Now I have to waste a day and take it to another dealership to review your work, then call corporate back. I have a reference number.
Scott has been our representative since our first Lexus in 2007. You are very lucky to have him. He always takes very good care of us
