After dealing with Seneca, Scott and Brian, Seneca is the best service advisor. The last experience with Brian made me want to consider another dealer but I decided to give you another chance which I'm glad I did. Seneca completed my service request well which all the other advisor was able to do. More importantly, she coordinated the pick up and drop off Lyft well so I spend the minimum amount of time at the dealer. She also make sure she goes over everything she's about to do to my car, including car wash which is very nice. Before I left, she even left a cold water bottle in my car which is very considerate of her in this very hot weather. Overall, I won't hesitate to return as long as Seneca continues to work there.

David was awesome. I mentioned I was going to go for a walk to do a few errands while my car was there. He instead calling me a lift. I came back at the later time frame and my car wasn't ready. He told me it could take another hour in a half, and it did! He appreciated my patience and discounted my service. Which was a win for me since I lost an entire day of being off work. Afterward, he even went through some of the features I have in my “new to me” NX. David is a great guy to have working with your customers. Yay David!!

She provided me with the greatest service I ever had. No one ever told me about I had an extended warranty on my vehicle. I’ve my vehicle service twice at Lexus and I paid for the service, no one never mentioned my warranty. She provided great service and I will ask for her the next time I get my car service.
Next time if you’re giving an estimate time for work order being completed, needs to be more accurate. They said 2 hours and it ended up taking 5 hours
