Bryan is the best! He is thorough with his explanations, straight-forward with his advice, and very kind and patient with his worried customers! Combine that with the excellent service crew at Lexus of Valencia, and I hesitate to ever take my car anywhere else!

My only complaint, and it’s not with him, is that you no longer have a loaner available for customers. My experience with other dealerships in the past has always provided a loaner even for my regular service.
