I received a text that my vehicle was ready but also included a $9,000 service noted in RED. This needed a phone call prior to sending this text. I immediately called Lexus twice and could not get to Bryan for the explanation. He eventually called back an hour later and I requested he speake with my husband which he said he would contact him. My husband never was called. We then both went over to see Bryan and he basically said it was required to put this info and it's in RED bc people don't take them seriously when they are yellow. This amount of service needed a phone call, which I said to Bryan. I've been a loyal customer to Lexus and this was not a good experience experience. I left there wondering if I I should consider another vehicle.
