I understand working on vehicles could be time consuming; however,I find it hard to believe that it takes over 3 hours to change the oil and filter on a vehicle. Also, I feel that sometime technicians don’t complete the work as documented on summary report. I had recently filled my right front tire with air but unfortunately I was not able to fill to factory specs due to broken gage at air station. I took my vehicle in for oil change with an over filled right front tire believing they would check tire pressure. I received my vehicle with the exact air on the right front tire which was 44 PSI. Factory specs require 35 PSI on tires. Summary report documented that technicians inspected all tires and air pressure was set to factory standards. This means the work that was documented was never completed.
Edward is always professional and polite. Lexus keeps me posted on my car's progress and Edward called to let me know the car is ready. He always asks if I have any issues or concerns.
