Bryan has always taken care of my ES350. This time my appointment was removed from his calendar, it would probably throw anyone a curve ball. Not Bryan. He worked it out, and got my ES350 back to me that same day. I can see why he has been there for 19 years.

I just want to also say, that, David is someone, who I can always count on, to be honest, and kind, and thorough, whenever he works with me. I'm still waiting for my $150 deposit back, for the loaner car, at this time; but, otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Horrible experience. Was told my car would be done Friday. I had to call Friday and leave multiple messages asking if my car would be ready and received no reply. I call 3 times on Saturday hoping my car would be done then but was told I my service person was off and someone else would call me back with an update. No call no nothing. I ended up spending hundreds on Uber and missed my friends wedding. Would I have just gotten a call on Friday I could have been able to rent a car. Didn’t even get the car back till Tuesday.Still no apology. Nothing. What a bad experience. I almost hope I never have to be back here. Unfortunately my warranty has to be fulfilled by Lexus dealer and this was the closest to my house. Do not recommend.

Bryan is amazing! He always addresses all my vehicle needs and makes the process of getting my car serviced easy. Him and I also connected over our love for Hockey and the LA Kings. Coming to see him is like seeing family or a very close friend.
