I replaced a section in my trunk replaced After I spilled paint on the plastic and received excellent service from David. He was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made sure I got to and from Lexus while my car was being repaired. I really can’t say enough about the A+ service I received and enlarge it is due to David. The final product/repair was perfectly done.

The service rep was nice and explained everything. I just she a problem with the shop foreman who said yah it’s writhing legal normal range for the weak brake system. It’s just not solving the issue. That way to reply is admitting it’s not normal but saying hey I legally don’t have to have a solution for you customer! Ok thanks for nothing according to your foreman Lexus makes very bad vehicles on especially this generation of GX 460. Got it
