David has provided excellent customer service beginning with my first visit at Lexus Valencia. He is always welcoming and attentive. I appreciate this becaus in my first visit two older service reps. saw me before David did, but didn't really "see" me. They didn't acknowledge me or ask if they could help me. At that time, I thought, Lexus Santa Monica is a longer drive from my home, but I know they are welcoming. After that thought, David walked out and greeted me. He is the reason why I continue to return to Lexus Valencia. The older reps. can learn from David when it comes to providing great customer service.

I was told the service would take an hour when I made the appointment, but when we drove 60 minutes to the dealership for the appointment, we were told the car wouldn't be ready for 4.5 hours, that there were 4 cars ahead of us. We were not planning to sit there for most of the day and wait for the car so we were not able to complete the work.
