Yes, Edward is truly exceptional when it comes to customer service. When we first called, we spoke with another representative who was a bit difficult to communicate with and wasn’t very accommodating with a loaner car, which made my wife feel somewhat uncomfortable. However, Edward went above and beyond to make up for that experience.
