My 2024 lexus is500 front tires had to be replaced because the wheels were not aligned. How could it be misaligned with just 15k miles on it. Also, the misalignment should have detected earlier at 5k or 10k miles service. Does this mean I will be replacing my tires every 15k miles? This is obviously not a wear and tear issue! The car is just 15k miles and I BABY this vehicle. I don’t race it. I shouldn’t have paid for the tire replacement and alignment!
Jesse is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Jesse kept me informed on the status of my car while I was waiting for the headlight bulb to be replaced. I felt like I was his top priority, and I appreciated his transparency.
