It was a rough start with hitting a deer this morning. The Service team was so helpful in getting me in and making sure my Prius was safe to drive. I’ve always been impressed with the care we receive, but it was certainly appreciated today.
I never recieved a copy of the multi point inspection
Waited on truck bringing new tires over an hour, after asking twice, did get a car to drive to eat lunch. Appt was made last month so I’d have thought the tires would’ve been received before the morning of my 10am appt.

Greeted upon arrival and confirmed work I wanted done. When car was ready work was explained.
I did however wish I still received a report for the grade of tires, brakes and what not. I find that to be beneficial in planning of major purchases on my car. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!!
