The furniture in the waiting area is in much need very badly to be replaced it is the most uncomfortable chairs and couch I have ever sat on specially being someone that has a bad back shoulders and hips... I was told my recall would take 1½ to 2 hours to be fixed 1 ½ hours pass then 2 hours pass at this point I was expecting someone to come up to me giving me a update of whats going on with my truck or in the less a text up date and no that didn't happen... then around 2½ hours latter I finally get my truck back... I am not upset by this just disappointed that I was not informed... also the snack machine in the waiting area needs more choices in it... hope you take these suggestions I am giving to who it may concern and on my next visit these ideas I am giving something has been done thank you again
THANK GOD for the service team at Toyota of Terre Haute. After a 2 month saga trying to get my Tundra fixed with another dealer in town, the service diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes on the overall inspection. I greatly appreciate being welcomed back to their service team as I had not been there in 4.5 years.
Thank you again for the fast diagnostic and fix. Especially the honesty that came with it for communicating what was found and the hopeful solution to the problem.
I was wondering why I was not offered Toyota Care Plus now that my 2 year Toyota Care has expired. I would like to know the cost of that package for my truck.
Barb did not honor my appointment time of 9:30 a.m. The truck was delivered to the dealership the night before in order to facilitate the earliest service opportunity. My vehicle packet was not put in the hands of the tech until 1:20 p.m. When I called mid-morning for a completion estimate, Barb gave me the impression the repair was underway, but taking longer than expected. This was completely untrue. Barb wasted 3 1/2 hrs of my day. I do not wish to work with Barb in the future. If I am treated like this again, I will no longer do business of any kind with Toyota of Terre Haute
It was our 1st time in with or new car everything to go just fine. It was do in a timely fashion. Nice place to wait while waiting on it.

After leaving from getting an oil change and inspection and being informed they couldn't get the value cover off the front driver side tire , while driving home my tire pressure light came on and my tire went completely flat.
