Tim had talked with me the day before and was able to schedule me today and get my car fixed. What a blessing! I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty. He answered every question I had.
Anne was extremely helpful explaining how oil changes and tire rotation works, frequency, prices and 2 year plan for the above. This was my first time there since buying our vehicle . I did NOT get a new sticker on my windshield which I was told would be put on. Anne printed out papers which showed what free service(s) I had left for the vehicle. I am not used to relaying info of service by text message. Thanks Sarah
