The service was completed in a timely manner and James kept me informed on how things were going via text while I was waiting. It was a simple, easy process for me and I am so glad I bought the oil change and tire rotation plan because that makes it even easier for me. Thanks for a good experience.

I think I may have gotten the tech with the dirtiest hands in the garage. Left greasy prints all over my dash and doors, and crumpled up my registration when they crammed everything back in the glove box. I probably should have taken items out of glove compartment as they check the cabin filter, I get it, but c’mon. Also, I’m missing a valve stem cover now after the tire rotation and they under-filled the pressure. I’m sure the actual service is fine, but attention to details needs some work.
