This has nothing to do with Katie. The gentleman that took my initial information for my appointment had written down that I wanted my psi at 36 and all of my tires. All of my tires were at 32. I did call and leave a message and said that I was going to stop back in on my way home as long as you all were open. I have not heard from anybody so I was assuming you guys were closed.

When I made my appointment I told the person I was concerned about my tires because I had a red tire warning light. I paid my bill after servicing and left Toyota. Then I noticed the warning light was still on and returned to Toyota. When they looked at the tires I found out I have a sensor that needs replaced and have to bring it back. Since I specifically told them about the tires it should have been found on the first visit.
He was very friendly and made the appointment quick and easy.
