Oil cap was left off after service. I found it on my way home. Had to return to have engine compartment cleaned and oil added. Hopefully no damage to motor. Poor service.

I am very happy with Barb. I think getting the parts I need to repair my car are taking way too long. Just when I paid my car off , it broke down the next day, serious harness problem. As I sat I. The car wasn’t for the tow truck I was overcome with strong smells that were nauseating and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Ofcourse, I got out of the car to wait, after 10 minutes, I decided to try sitting in my car again, same result and had to get out. I am kind of concerned that my Rav 4 isn’t as great as I thought it was.
