All these service people are efficient, friendly, and professional.
I am happy so far with the service done on my Tacoma. However I am concerned that I checked the Camry and found the coolant reservoir empty and no coolant showing in the radiator since the visit on 3/27. I topped it off with the coolant I have from Toyota. I’ll keep an eye out for any leaks, but I’m assuming it didn’t get filled completely or ran long enough to get trapped air out of the system before topping off.

While I appreciate the great customer service, the main thing I was bringing my vehicle for was because my back passenger tire had a leak. They said they soap tested it and weren’t able to locate it. I soap tested it immediately once I got it back and found the leak (which had already gone from 40 to 30 psi) within 5 minutes. I now have to take it somewhere to get repaired. Very inconvenient.
