Very difficult to schedule service. Call service had me on hold for extended period. After being transferred to service I was again put on hold with no success. To several calls to eventually get it scheduled. Something has changed at Toyota of Terre Haute

I was under the impression that to get the free oil change and tire rotation I had to get it where I bought it. Made 1 appt and after driving 55 mi they said they had no record of it another trip just for tire rotation took longer than your whole service. #2 tried for 2 weeks for appointment for oil and tire never got. 1 call to T.H. Toyota and my appt. was scheduled within 1.5 days. Total time for complete service from driving in to driving out was 40 min. That is checking in, complete service explanation of everything done answered all questions and pulling away. Kind, courteous, fast, professional service!

Barb i know its not your fault but my truck somehow ended up with a small dent and red paint transfer on my passenger side front fender. Upon check in video review there was no red paint transfer seen. Just curious does josh the tech have a red tool cart or box? I will find out ,or maybe it happened after truck was put back on lot. Maybe building cameras caught it on the out side. Nevertheless i wish to be compensated for the minor damage.
