I noticed my driver’s side door is now not
opening or shutting properly. It was fine before my
oil change.

No call back is needed, I’ll still be back. It just seemed to take significantly longer than usual and a cover for something under my glove box was left off and on my black seat, which I didn’t see until my son sat on it (that wasn’t comfortable at all). However, they were busy and these are minuscule things. I will just allow more time at my next appt.

I don't think it was Rick that helped me in programming the body control of my Rav. Very helpful and quickly got my concern addressed. I have a regular personal mechanic but I am very happy with the service department at T of TH. Always friendly and helpful.
