Evaluation was efficiently done. I don’t like outcome- that it is over $1900 to replace that unit. Not worth it and wish cars could still be simpler and not have all this fancy computerized components. But that is not the service department’s fault. They gave me a diagnosis and an estimate in expected time period.

When I scheduled the service I tried to tell the service rep on the phone that this scheduled maintenance did not have a scheduled oil change, but ge insisted it did. Then when the maintenance appointment was done today the lady in service looked ot up in our maintenance history and said I was right, that it was done the last visit and was not needed until next appointment but it had already been done at that point and had to pay for it. Wasnt pleased with that.

I’ve been bringing my Toyotas to Terre Haute Toyota for years. I have three of them. 2003 Celica GTS, 2017 Rav 4 Limited, and a 2024 Highlander Platinum Hybrid. There is also a1989 Supra Turbo in the garage, but it has never been to Toyota of Terre Haute. After all the years of service there has been only one issue and it was resolved without question.
