I was shocked that the car was not vacuumed as part of the service. If I take my other car for an oil change or for it’s service times elsewhere it is vacuumed.
I was also upset to find a hangtag about having more than one cargo mat. The floor of the Toyota does not look like it has a cargo mat. It looks like the floor. That was rude and very disrespectful to a customer.
She was very profesdional and she worked on my behalf to be sure that a replacement be under warranty.
