I just don't understand why when you bring a vehicle in one person suggests you have the cabin filter changed and when you go the next time you are told they don't need changed. It would just be nice if everyone was on the same page. Guess it just depends on who does the service. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

The person that took care of me first said my battery was low I just bought it in April then they said the battery was too tall gave me the part to put under battery when I went to where I bought it and the new battery was the same height just a little smaller so that just didn’t make any sense so I just don’t get it
As part of service a couple of lamps were supposedly replaced. After getting down the road a few miles, when I used a turn signal it went immediately to FAST flashing indication, which I believe means a burned out lamp. I guess I will take it apart myself tomorrow to check because I don’t have time to drive back to Terre Haute for you to check. It was not flashing fast when I drove in this morning to your shop.

Service was started immediately after my arrival. It was the 5000 mile service and it was done in a timely manner and when it was complete I was told what was checked and that everything was in very good condition.
